“I am excited to learn from the incredible students, families, educators, and community partners who make SDoL such a special place,” Bryson Green said. “I look forward to building meaningful relationships and contributing to the outstanding work already taking place on behalf of this rich community.”
Green has joined the School District of Lancaster as a Leadership Resident for the 2026-2027 school year from @harvard During the 10-month fully-funded residency, he will work alongside Superintendent Dr. Keith Miles, support the district’s middle schools and learn how central office departments work together to serve students, educators and families.
Green will bring his experience as a principal into conversations about the district’s future while continuing to grow as a leader himself. His time in Lancaster offers an opportunity to support SDoL’s middle schools, learn from the community and contribute to work that keeps students at the center.
Welcome to SDoL, Bryson!
