STAY CONNECTED WITH WASHINGTON
As we approach the final day of the 2024–25 school year on Friday, May 30, we want to thank our students, families, and staff for the energy and dedication you’ve brought into our schools every single day. The last day of school marks the close of another chapter.
We know there have been a few questions regarding dismissal times, and we want to make sure everyone has clear information so families can plan accordingly. The early dismissal schedule for Friday, May 30 is as follows:
10:30 a.m. – Milestones (Grades K–5)
10:45 a.m. – Milestones (Grades 6–12)
11:00 a.m. – Phoenix Academy
11:15 a.m. – McCaskey High School, Buehrle Academy
11:30 a.m. – Hazel I. Jackson Middle School Reynolds Middle School: A Full Service Community School Lincoln Middle School: A Full Service Community School Wheatland Middle School- School District of Lancaster
12:00 p.m. – All Elementary Schools and Elizabeth R. Martin School

Welcome to Washington Elementary School! At Washington, we strive to provide high quality and innovative instruction to ensure every child has equitable opportunities for positive outcomes leaving elementary school. We are a Full Service Community School in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster. As a community school, we strive to be the hub of the neighborhood – uniting families, educators and community partners to provide students with a high quality education, enrichment, health and social services, and opportunities to succeed in school and life.
